How can we explain public\u00a0efforts for more equitable access to affordable and decent\u00a0housing and efforts for creating more socially and ethnically\u00a0mixed urban neighbourhoods in particular moments in time?\u00a0What is the role of democratic processes therein?<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Fainstein\u00a0will draw from her extensive research and in particular\u00a0from her much noted book The Just City.
