This article traces the shift in urban governance of Belgrade’s recent megaprojects using the method of discourse analysis of daily newspapers.<\/p>\n

As a result, the paper reveals the ideological landscapes that nest specific actor-networks and depicts case-specific conflicts and coalitions, decision-making patterns, and power structures.
