Which\u00a0urban plans, instruments, visions, political decisions, economic\u00a0reasonings, cultural inputs and social organization have\u00a0been used to operate in urban settlements in specific moments\u00a0of change? We have chosen cities that are exemplary in illustrating\u00a0how these instruments have been implemented and\u00a0how they have shaped urban environments.
