International Workshop 2. – 4. November 2025 | Place Congressi Stefano Franscinci, Monte Verità, Switzerland.

Cathelijne Nuijsink and Tom Avermaete are organising an international workshop to bring together international scholars highly interested in exploring the concept of histoire croisée as applied to the field of architecture. The papers presented and discussed at the workshop will lay the groundwork for an edited volume on «crossed histories» of architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture in the twentieth century, contributing to more dynamic, polyvocal, and equitable histories beyond the Eurocentric canon.
