The Chair of Infrastructure Management has defined its goal as improving the construction and management of infrastructures. The focus is on optimising the processes of decision-making \u2013\u00a0from general planning for the entire network down to planning the details of specific projects. This will be achieved through teaching the fundamentals of infrastructure management as well as through high-level research at the forefront of our field.<\/p>\n

In 2010, Prof. Dr. Bryan T. Adey assumed the Chair of the Infrastructure Management Group (IMG) of the Institute of Construction and Infrastructure Management (IBI) at ETH Zurich.
