ETH CASE organizes in collaboration with the Parity-\u200b and Diversity Group of DARCH a series of lectures<\/a> by internationally recognized designers and scholars in the field of urban studies, architecture, urban design, urban and city planning and landscape architecture.<\/p>\n

This International ATHENA Lecture Series invites\u00a08 world class female scholars\u00a0to D-\u200bARCH in the years 2020-\u200b2021. As the first guest for the Athena Lecture in 2021, Alexandra Lange will present \u00abLooking for Role Models in All the Wrong Places\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0ATHENA Lecture Series\u00a0gives students and faculty an opportunity to interact with leading senior and junior faculty \u2013 female scholars, scientists, architects and professionals who are internationally and globally renowned.\u00a0By bringing the brightest minds, most engaging speakers, and influential people to ETH H\u00f6nggerberg, we want to encourage thought-\u200bprovoking conversations and genesis of ideas.<\/p>\n

During their visit, invited guests present their scholarly and creative research in a public lecture. The public lecture is followed then by an engaging discussion with moderator.<\/p>\n

The ATHENA Lectures are made possible by the financial support of ETH (presidents office) and of D-\u200bARCH.<\/p>\n
